This Privacy Policy explains how 1CNY VPN (referred to as the Service or we) collects, uses, stores, and processes information when you use our application, website, and related services. We try to limit data handling to what is reasonably necessary for operations, account security, support, and compliance.

When you download, install, or use the App, we may collect operational data such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, access paths within the App, connection times, and crash logs. If permission is granted, approximate regional information may also be processed to recommend nodes, optimize performance, and troubleshoot abnormal connections. This information is used to keep the Service available, improve quality, and send necessary service-related notices.

We may work with third-party service providers that help deliver core functionality, including platform services, analytics tools, and crash reporting components such as Google Play Services or Firebase. Their involvement is limited to operation, diagnostics, and product improvement. Except where required by law, necessary to protect users or the public, investigate abuse, or fulfill obligations through contracted processors, we do not disclose personal information arbitrarily.

Account information provided by users may be retained for the active service period and a reasonable retention window afterward so we can handle billing, support, abuse prevention, and account recovery. The App is not intended for children under 13, and if we learn that such information was collected by mistake, we will take steps to remove it. We also use access controls and infrastructure safeguards to protect stored data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect business changes, product adjustments, or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the Service after an update is generally treated as acceptance of the revised terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
